Europac 3D Kreon Ace Skyline scanning arm has integrated laser

Europac 3D offers the Ace Skyline, the new Kreon scanning arm with integrated 3D laser scanner. Key technical features of Skyline include:

200 mm laser band — according to Europac 3D, this is the widest laser scanner on the market, making it possible to quickly 3D-scan large areas
600,000 points per second point-collection rate allows users to capture large areas rapidly

The laser is fired at a frequency of 300 Hz, meaning users can move the scanner quickly over the part and still capture lots of data

Blue, as opposed to traditional red laser technology, allows much better scanning of difficult-to-measure shiny surfaces, such as machined or sheet metal components
