Denitool copy turning and boring with solid carbide indexable bars is said to offer rigidity and accuracy, yet still covers work in the range of 4-6xD. Insert radii 01/02 are available from stock, along with two approach angles for rear copy work.
Denitool says that its DX2 and DX32 grades are suitable for machining tough materials, including Super Duplex stainless steels and nickel alloys.
