Cutwel offers 4G Mill series for mould and tool making
Cutwel is now stocking the 4G Mill range of milling cutters for mould and tool making which, the company says, provide solutions for many different types of jobs.
4G Mill series, manufactured by South Korean company cutting toolmaker YG-1, include cutters with sharp edges at the end tooth for increased cutting ability, those that minimise vibration and wear, and a 'gash-land' type which has a blunt edge designed to increase strength and cutting force.
A wide range of sizes and lengths are available in each type of 4G milling cutter and all are suitable for dry and wet cutting on materials up to HRc 55.
