Available in two versions of 42 mm (BNJ-42SY6) and 51 mm (BNJ-51SY6), these bar/6-in power chuck machines provide flexibility via overlapping of the main turret in X1-, Z1- and Y1- axes with both main and secondary spindles. As they can both be run independently, simultaneous machining using both turrets can be performed at either spindle.
The main spindle has 15 kW of power delivering 5,000 rpm and boasts increased rigidity through the incorporation of angular contact ball bearings and double-row cylindrical bearings to increase support to the rear of the spindle main-shaft. The secondary spindle (X2- Z2-) offers 7.5 kW drive with 5,000 rpm rotational speed.
