The range starts with the Microfil 30-M1-10, which has a footprint of 750 by 650 mm and can service one machine tool. It uses the machine's existing coolant tank and pump to feed coolant to the Microfil, where it passes through 10 candle filters. These are said to remove fines down to around 20-30 micron. The coolant is then returned to the machines via a 100 l/min coolant pump.
At the other end of the range is the Microfill30-M4-84, a system capable of handling up to six machines. With a footprint of 2,075 by 1,250 mm, it has an integral coolant tank of 1,740 litres capacity and a 1,600 l/min return pump.
