Trumpf launching laser at Euroblech

At Euroblech 2010 in October Trumpf will launch a 6 kW version of its TruLaser 3030, that can form a complete automation cell when installed with a PalletMaster Tower.

Also being launched at Euroblech 2010 in October the PalletMaster Tower process-reliable entry into automation was developed by Trumpf Japan and can be controlled using the laser's standard software, saving and processing different material types fully automatically. The PalletMaster Tower, which can be installed in as little as a week, is designed for sheet formats of up to 3 by 1.5 m and sheet thicknesses of 0.8 to 25 mm; it is available for 6, 10, 15 or 20 pallets. While it is hardly larger than a regular pallet changer, it can be up to six metres high, depending on the number of pallets stacked on top of each other. Since all sheets and cut panels are on separate pallets, even sensitive materials will be safe from scratches. The 6 kW TruLaser 3030 when compared to the current 5 kW version has a faster cutting speed of up to 10 per cent for construction steel and 15 per cent for stainless steel.
