Spectrum Metrology exclusive agent for Dr Schneider Messtechnik

Schneider Messtechnik is already a leading company in the field of industrial metrology in Germany and has now signed up Spectrum Metrology to be its exclusive UK agent for the range of workshop microscopes, multi-sensor co-ordinate measuring machines and projectors. Besides non-contact technology for measuring projectors, Dr. Heinrich Schneider combines optical and tactile measuring technologies in its co-ordinate measuring units. Schneider’s Saphir software, used for programming measurements and reports, is compatible with all the Schneider measurement systems. Originally established as an optics company in 1947, Dr Schneider Messtechnik measuring units are today used throughout the world in industries such as automotive, machine tool, electrical, plastics, Formula 1 and calibration services. Spectrum Metrology was formed in 1998 and is a specialist in the field of electro-optical metrology, surface roughness and non-contact metrology applications.
