Mollart Engineering will be presenting its deep hole drilling machines, its tooling solutions from Botek and the recently acquired Bencere product range, plus its capability for deep hole drilling via its subcontract machining services.
MACH 2010 is the first time Mollart will debut this total concept of "Hole Solution" capability, which combines all facets of hole production.
The Mollart stand will feature presentations from its wide range of deep hole drilling machines that cover micro machining, multi-spindle and large bore applications, as well as, special purpose solutions.
Tooling expertise will include the vast array of standard and examples of special deep hole drills from Botek, and the recently acquired Mollart Bencere product range, covering drilling, recessing, counterboring, hole deburring, roller burnishing and superfinishing of bores and faces.
The capabilities of Mollart's two high technology production facilities in Chessington, Surrey and Resolven, South Wales, will be represented, on the stand, with sample components. The sites produce highly specialised components for customers, with the type of operations performed including the use of the latest deep hole drilling techniques, turn milling, milling, honing, plus advanced deburring using abrasive flow and ultrasonic cleaning.
