The Xpress has an "extremely fast automatic focus" so users don't have to spend time fiddling to sharpen up the view. There is no need to position the part, even for batch samples, because it auto locates and orientates, the company adds.
It additionally says the Xpress is ideal for measuring flat components such as washers, gaskets, O-rings, aluminium extrusions and pressed metal parts.
Vision Engineering also has updates for its range of stereo inspection microscopes and measurement systems on its stand.
