MACH 2014 - Two new saws from Kaltenbach

1 min read

Kaltenbach will be demonstrating a selection of machines from both its circular and bandsaw model ranges, including two saws to be shown for the first time in the UK.

First is the KBS400DG-NA, which is a compact, bi-directional mitring machine suitable for use in cutting sections and profiles up to 400 mm wide and 350 mm high. It has a fully automatic material feed unit for the batch production of a variety of straight and mitred workpieces. It is also available as a semi-automatic model. The Kaltenbach KKS451NA is an automatic, up-stroking circular saw for straight and mitre cutting of materials up to 150 mm diameter. The machine has an automatic 2,000 mm stroke in-feed gripper for increased capability when cutting both long and short workpieces within a single feed stroke. The KKS451NA can be supplied with a range of material in-feed options, including flat and inclined magazines. Other examples from the Kaltenbach range will include circular saws for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. See them on Stand 4630, Hall 4.
