Hainbuch will show its new Jaw Module with SpannTop and TOPlus chuck for small workpiece clamping at MACH.
The Jaw Module's key advantages are a minimal profile, good tool clearance and the ability to fit Hainbuch pull-back collet chucks.
It is also said to offer full bar capacity using the collet chuck and good suitability for clamping delicate components. Furthermore, it can be used as a pick-off chuck on sub-spindles.
The TOPlus mini chuck has a reduced contour, improved tool accessibility and low loading on the machine spindle.
Another product showcased by Hainbuch at MACH will be the TESTit clamping force gauge, which is designed to measure force in both OD and ID clamping operations.
TESTit can be used in both rotating and stationary mode and offers data transmission via Bluetooth to a PC or laptop.
