At EuroBLECH, hall 12, stand F48, LVD will show a variety of laser cutting, punching, bending and automation products designed to balance price and performance.

The Sirius 3015 Plus is an automation-ready flying optics CO2 laser cutting system that combines a dynamic machine with high laser beam quality for consistently accurate laser processing. The Sirius Plus at EuroBLECH will feature a 10-pallet Compact Tower (CT) system. An affordable, mid-level automation solution, the Compact Tower provides full capabilities for loading and unloading, featuring a shelving unit for storing raw material and finished parts. The Strippit VX-1225 makes its debut in Europe at EuroBLECH. The machine combines a high speed 20 kN hydraulic ram with a large, versatile 48-station turret and innovative table design to provide the ultimate in high productivity output, delivering a productivity increase of up to 30 per cent over previous generation Global machines. It is claimed that a new energy reduction system also makes it one of the world's lowest energy consuming punch presses. The Strippit VX-1225 at EuroBLECH will be equipped with the Strippit PA-1225 automatic load/unload unit. LVD's PPEC Compact series of press brakes is also unveiled at EuroBLECH with a compact PPEC 50 on display, a 50 ton, 2 metre press brake. These smaller tonnage PPEC machines achieve bending speeds up to 20 mm per second, providing fast, accurate bending of smaller piece parts. In all, LVD will showcase three press brakes, from the cost-effective Compact series to the advanced, high performance Easy-Form series press brake, including an Easy-Form 320 ton, 4 metre press brake and an Easy-Form Turbo 135 ton, 3 metre model.
