Lasershape benefits from on-time deliveries - always
In place since March 2013, the UPS service used by Lasershape for deliveries of orders up to 20 kg has achieved 100% on-time performance.
Using the new service, Lasershape customers receive important tracking information regarding their deliveries, with email updates sent directly from UPS. There are currently two next-day delivery options available to customers: before 09:00 am or before 10:30 am.
"We despatch around 500 shipments of 20kg or less every month from our Nottingham headquarters, so achieving 100% OTD since March is extremely pleasing," says director Tim Leam.
