Kumi Solutions boosts after-sales service

Kumi Solutions is to employ PTech UK Ltd. to provide after-sales service and support to its growing UK customer base.

Kumi Solutions provides a full range of finishing and cleaning technologies and is the sole UK agent for the Pero range of washing and degreasing systems, Fässler hard broaching, gear honing machines and gear grinding attachments, and Picco semi or fully automatic deburring systems. The company is currently setting up new showroom and on-site spares facilities, and managing director Simon Graham believes that simultaneously increasing Kumi’s presence with enhanced sales and after-sales service capability will play a vital role in continued customer satisfaction. “This is a significant step forward for us,” says Mr Graham. “Degreasing is a production critical operation, with most customers relying on a single Pero to clean work produced by their numerous production machines. “Combining a more convenient Midlands based sales and demonstration facility with UK service support and preventative maintenance capabilities positions Kumi and Pero extremely well in the UK market. Add this to the existing Pero 20- year parts guarantee, direct service support and machine-modem interrogation and the Pero proposition is a very attractive one indeed”.
