Hydrafeed has appointed Ashley Page as its new operations director, following continued growth at the UK's leading manufacturer of barfeed systems.
The move will strengthen the company's ability to service the increasing demand for its range of new products, whilst enhancing the levels of support for the existing customer base.
Mr Page's responsibility will be to provide customers with technical expertise and after-sales service support. Additionally, the new appointment will see him undertake a project management role concerned with product-based bespoke applications and specialist projects.
Commenting upon the appointment, Hydrafeed's managing director, Martyn Page said: "We have witnessed significant growth over the last couple of years and this has been underpinned by our commitment to develop innovative new barfeed and lathe automation systems. Furthermore, we have evolved our subcontract machining facility to support the R&D projects we conduct for our own barfeed product range, as well as for external customers."
"Hydrafeed has thousands of barfeed and lathe automation installations that are on a variety of turning centres. With such an extensive and diverse customer base, it is our aim to continually develop new solutions to improve the productivity of our customers. The appointment of Ashley will bring a fresh outlook to our business, whilst enabling us to improve our already excellent reputation for technical services, support and customer commitment."
