Stand 5546, at MACH 2010, will give ITC the opportunity to show a variety of new tooling solutions, in the UK for the first time.

The 1031 and 1032 Cyber Series both have a 3XD effective drill length with an ALTiN coating for increased productivity and tool life, with the 1032 series also incorporating a through coolant facility. The 1031 and 1032 series are available from 3 to 12 mm, in 0.1 mm increments, and from 12 to 20 mm diameter, in 0.5 mm increments. Also on display will be the 1052 Series with a 5XD effective drill length. The 4111 Cyber Series, of back chamfering and countersinking tools, incorporates a staggered tooth design and 90 degree inclusive angle that leads to smooth cutting and improved surface finishes, while the rigid design further enhances finishes and tool life. The series is available in 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm diameters with a 3, 4, 6, 8 and 9 mm respective cut length. The 2141 Cyber Series range of two flute drill-mill cutters, with 90 degree drill point end, is an extremely versatile tool that can be applied to a multitude of applications. For customers utilising highly productive machine tools with multiple tool positions, the 2141 Series can reduce the need for drills, milling cutters and chamfering tools by conducting all operations with one tool. This reduces tool changeovers and set-up times for the end user. The series is available in 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 mm diameters, with an identical shank diameter for each cutter. ITC will also be launching a new catalogue with a vast range of Hanita & Rubig drilling products, that will also be given their UK debut at MACH 2010.
