The FAT-Haco machines are offered in FCT/FTM (slant-bed) and TUR MN (flat-bed) CNC lathe ranges, with swings 560 to 1,550 mm diameter and with up to 8 m between centres. They are offered in a variety of configurations to support diverse applications.
FAT has been producing lathes since 1945 and in 1992 it delivered its 50,000th machine; Haco Group started designing and manufacturing machine tools in 1965. In 1998, the two companies combined with an investment in general production facilities, a new machine shop and a new sales strategy for world-wide distribution. The FAT-Haco Group now employs over 950 people and has a turnover in excess of €150 million.
