Accurate Cutting Services appointed UK representative for Pedrazzoli

Pedrazzoli IBP, the well established Italian tube forming and cutting machine manufacturer, has appointed Accurate Cutting Services as its UK representative for its tube manipulation equipment.
Accurate Cutting Services has sold the Pedrazzoli range of sawing machines, cutting lines and spare parts for some years, and with the tube manipulation equipment on board Accurate can now offer a complete Pedrazzoli service.
Accurate Cutting Services brings solutions and efficiency gains to manufacturers prior to machining, and after casting, forging, fabrication and extrusion. Its advanced capabilities in reshaping metal pieces have brought added value in a variety of industrial sectors, including aerospace, automotive, construction, energy and marine engineering.
With some 40 years of experience Accurate Cutting Services, as well as selling machines, has a well established subcontracting service.
Its Midlands-based, main saw-shop can take most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with sections from 12 mm to 1,500 mm diameter, and slab and plate up to 8,000 mm long, 1,060 mm thick and 25 tonnes in weight.
The company has also established working cells in Lancashire, and a second Redditch location and operates over 58 saws 24 hours a day. Accurate operates some machines within customers' own premises, reducing WIP and transport costs and optimising response-to-change times.
