Aberlink's advanced Zenith Too coordinate measuring machine, fitted with an SP25M scanning probe and featuring the new MK4 Aberlink 3D software, won the prestigious exhibition award at the Eurotool exhibition in Krakow, Poland, held from 15 – 17 October.
Eurotool is the largest annual Polish machine tool exhibition. Leszek Pietrzak, managing director of OBERON3D, Aberlink's agent in Poland, said: "Against strong opposition, we were proud to receive this great honour.
"Not only were the judges of this major award very impressed by the speed, accuracy and capacity of this impressive Aberlink CMM, we also enjoyed exceptional levels of end-user interest in the Zenith Too throughout our time at the exhibition.
"Although Aberlink is already a favourite CMM brand in Poland, our numerous exhibition enquiries should help to generate many further sales. Visitors were particularly impressed by the new MK4 Aberlink 3D software, which now supports Renishaw's SP25M scanning probe and PH20 head touch probe."
Now the largest UK-owned manufacturer of coordinate measuring machines, with over 20 years of experience, Aberlink claims that the advanced Zenith Too range represents the best available value-for-money CMM, when compared to similar capacity machines.
In addition to being a good metrology solution for large and heavy parts, the advanced CMM's large component support allows the rapid, fully automated inspection of multiple parts. The Zenith Too features Aberlink's easy-to-use software, plus the flexibility of touch-probe and an optional camera for non-contact inspection.
