Two-part cooling lubricant can be mixed to get best results

Two-component-cooling lubricant r.meta R-FLEX offers metal processors a lubricant that will help them attain optimum results in terms of cutting performance, fluid and tool idle times. The new product can be individually adapted to a wide range of different processes such that the ideal cooling/lubricant combination can be achieved. The two components – r.meta R-FLEX lub is the active lubricant and r.meta R-FLEX em the emulgator package – can be mixed into a base emulsion using different concentrations depending on the desired lubrication effect. As a result, aluminum alloys, NE-metals, cast materials as well as virtually all steel qualities; even ductile hard alloys, can be optimally ground or machined. r.meta R-FLEX delivers excellent results even in complex processing applications in heavy machining. In addition to ensuring optimum cutting performance, this cooling lubricant has excellent flushing power and demonstrates minimal foaming, rapid passage through filters long sump life, high stability and outstanding resistance against foreign particle encroachment. It also is tolerated well by sensitive skin.
