Widia adds M200 copy mill to the Victory tooling range
The 12-cutting edge M200 series inserts which have been added to the Widia Victory range are available in three geometries: ML for stainless steel and high temperature alloys, MM for general purpose milling, including steel, and MH for heavy applications like cast iron and high strength steels.
The WK15PM, WP25PM, WU35PM and WP35CM Victory M200 milling grades are designed for high speed finishing to heavy roughing applications. An anti-rotation feature enhances insert stability and operational safety.
Tool bodies for the M200 series come in a variety of internally cooled styles, including screw-on, Weldon, cylindrical and shell mill. Each body style has an easy-to-use anti-rotation feature for stability at higher feedrates and cutting forces. Tool body clearance permits pocketing, profiling and 5-axis machining applications.
