The company’s 3D PDF is a publishing solution for CATIA 3DExperience users, enabling them to share engineering data with departments that do not have CATIA 3DExperience but need access to a 3D representation.
V19.3 includes support for exporting CATIA 3DExperience product manufacturing information (PMI), allowing the user to facilitate model-based definition (MBD) processes containing the necessary information to manufacture and inspect products, without the need for 2D engineering drawings.
The latest version is an interactive solution that is integrated in the CATIA 3DExperience menu system, allowing the user to export the active assembly/part in PDF format using ‘export’ PDF capability. V19.3 can also be run in batch mode to create 3D PDF data through the CATIA 3DExperience PLM batch interface.
