Hydraulic toolholder for ghard-to-reach features

The TENDO LSS hydraulic toolholder is especially suited to the high precision machining of hard-to-access points on workpieces.
The L1 dimension is 200 mm, run-out of <0.006 mm, and balance quality of G 2.5 at 25,000 rpm for HSK-A63.
It has excellent vibration dampening, with its hydraulic clamping system and impressive radial rigidity, that fulfils even the most exacting user requirements. In addition to the HSK-A 63 interface, the TENDO LSS also accommodates SK 40.
The TENDO LS hydraulic toolholder is bulkier but offers increased stability.
Compared to other hydraulic toolholders, the TENDO hydro expansion toolholders have a 25° chuck chamfer. This reduces the interference contour by 40 per cent. In addition, the L1 dimension of this precision toolholder is 150 or 200 mm.
The long version of the TENDO hydraulic expansion toolholder has a run-out of <0.003mm, with an unclamping length of 2.5XD.
It is available for the HSK-A 63, SK40, SK 50, JIS-BT 40 and JIS-BT 50 interfaces.
