The machine has axis travels of 1,300 mm in X, 1,450 mm in Y, and 1,000 mm in Z, with rapid traverse rates of 50 m/min. In addition, the A-axis for the spindle rotates from 0 to 90° to enable horizontal and vertical cutting positions of parts on the 1,200 mm diameter rotary table. Rotary table swing is 1,200 mm and maximum speed is 400 rpm.
Control is via either Heidenhain TNC 640 or Siemens 840D sl. A pallet system is also available with options of two or five pallets, each measuring 1,200 by 1,000 mm.
