Heidenhain (GB) brings it all together in Burgess Hill

All Heidenhain, Acu-Rite and Anilam brand activities – including marketing, sales, spares and service, as well as technical support – are now based at the company's Burgess Hill, West Sussex site and are complemented by nationwide networks of distributors dedicated to each brand. Recently appointed managing director Neil Prescott (pictured) said that Heidenhain (GB) is now ably positioned to take full advantage of manufacturing industry's pending demand for world-class measurement and machine control technologies as the sector emerges from recession. "Our products are globally renowned for their cost-effectiveness, performance and reliability by OEMs and end users across all industry sectors and the restructuring – which has been a strategic and logical phase dictated by business conditions - will further improve the level of service we provide to customers. "In addition, as has always been the case with the already comprehensive Heidenhain and Acu-Rite product ranges, some exciting new product developments are on the horizon – there'll be significant product activity around this year's EMO – and we'll be present in force at next year's MACH exhibition."
