Rugged PC for mobile duties or static machine tools

MPC6 is a rugged vehicle-mount PC suitable for both internal and outside use. The RoHS-compliant unit can be used as a vehicle-mount terminal on forklifts, commissioning vehicles, construction machinery and trucks, or statically mounted on machine tools. It features wireless networking and is constructed to IP65 standards, has an integral heater allowing safe and reliable operation even in extreme temperatures down to -30°C. Available with 10 or 12-inch touch screens and a 12-inch stainless steel version for mounting in control cabinets and user consoles, the MPC6 features a new XTX board with Intel chip set and Intel Celeron CPU, a Compact Flash card slot which is accessible from the top of the unit, and a 20Gb 5M2 shock/vibration tested hard disk. Featuring WLAN connection, CompactFlash, PCI or PCI Express MiniCard, UPS battery and automatic cut-off, the MPC6 is an ideal terminal to use in mobile applications.
