Permanent lifting magnets reduce transportation time

The Magnos MLH is a permanent lifting magnet that reduces workpiece transportation time and increases safety with its clamping power. The lifting magnets are available in five different sizes and have a maximum lifting force of 2000 kg. With some of the highest clamping forces available, the high quality permanent magnets have a specific energy that provides a permanent force for an unlimited period of time. The five different products, the MLH 125, 250, 500, 1000 and MLH 2000 all hold respective flat weights of 125 to 2000 kg with the capability of holding round components up to 40, 125, 250, 500 and 1000 kg, respectively, dependant upon the Magnos MLH selected. The Magnos MLH is a light weight unit designed for easy lifting. The lifting magnets allow fast and safe transportation of heavy round or flat workpieces. The solid design and easy to use handle with safety locking device allows perfect handling in a one-hand operation. Dependant upon the system the user selects, the MLH weighs between 2.6 to 90 kg.
