TN6510 (HC-K10) and TN6525 (HC-P25) offer a good balance of toughness, wear resistance and superior edge strength. TN6510 is designed for the milling of cast and nodular irons in application range K10; TN6525 has increased toughness for milling steel and high strength nodular cast iron. TN6520(HC-K20) with its increased toughness covers a wide operating range under both stable and unstable operating conditions when machining cast and nodular iron making it an ideal first choice for general application. Optimised for wear resistance TN6520 gives long reliable tool life even in the most demanding applications. TN6540 (HC-P40) completes the range, its combination of toughness, wear resistance and advanced PVD coating combine to give superior capability in the machining of steel, stainless materials, high temperature alloys and high strength nodular cast iron.
