The release of MachiningCloud v2.4, an app that gives users the ability to
fast-track the process of creating tool assemblies and load them to CADCAM systems, sees cutting tools from WNT, Imco Carbide Tool and Allen Benjamin (a specialist in carbide and HSS taps) added to the database. These add to the existing brands available of Command, Destiny, Horn, Iscar, Kennametal, Mitsubishi Materials, Raptor and Widia.
In v2.4, over 250,000 products and 293,300 CAD models can now be accessed. Furthermore, the ‘My Account’ function in the latest version features a newly-developed contacts list, making it easier and faster to send and share work.
Other updates include the ability to report issues in a single click directly from the 3D viewer, while machine and spindle information is now displayed in the app’s reports.
