Of cartridge construction, Walter's F2010 is supplied in diameters from 80 up to 315 mm and, because the axial runout of the inserts can be adjusted to micron precision, the cutter can be used for fine finishing, among other applications.
Blaxx inserts are offered as either L55T universal geometry types or as the L85T that has sharp cutting edges for low cutting force applications on aluminium. The inserts are available in three sizes.
