Video measuring system for Quadra-Chek 320

The Type MA 183-705-Z1 image processing video measuring system for the Quadra-Chek 320 programmable calculator includes a zoom optic with from 18x to 117x range of magnification and compact CCD colour camera. The image is viewed on the 8.2 inch screen of the Quadra-Chek 320. This independent unit combines readout, high resolution colour touch screen video monitor and cross-hair generator on a single display with live video and integrated image processing (video edge detection). The new circular LED illuminator with 54 white LEDs structured in six groups provides incident (front surface) light illumination with intensity regulator. Back light illumination is also available with green colour LED transmitted light. The granite base and fine adjustment co-ordinate table have a measuring range of 70 by 70 mm on the X and Y axes respectively. The displacement accuracy along the X and Y axes is 0.0015 for a 100 mm movement. Larger bases and co-ordinate tables with measuring ranges up to 300 by 200 mm are available. The precision column has vertical displacement of 160 mm on the Z Axis. The accurate high quality system is ideal for all 2D inspection and measurement tasks.
