Versatile clamping for 5-axis machining

This vice always adapts to whatever work piece the customer has. It has four-sided clamping, extremely shallow grip depth, also large material removal rates are possible through active jaw pull back and a maximum workpiece size of 250 by 250 mm - these are the highlights of this practical all-round clamping device, with which simple saw cuts can be machined with the same high level of performance as complex cast parts. The Vice has five different clamping functions: vice, concentric, double-vice, concentric + vice, or double-concentric clamping function all selected with the simple turn of a switch on each of the quick change jaws with repeatability better than 0.010 mm in all axis. And regardless of whether first operation or second operation machining, QUADROK simply clamps everything with total flexibility from outside to inside gripping. The QUADROK vice also features a quick change mounting system accurate to 0.003 mm so it is possible to swap the workholding in a matter of seconds to a collet chuck or mandrel and jaw system.
