Ultrawave launches Qi-Series industrial ultrasonic cleaners
Ultrawave UK's Qi precision ultrasonic cleaning units are available in four sizes from 5.0 to 30 litre capacity. Qi-series tanks are robustly constructed in stainless steel for durability and suitable applications range from pharmaceutical and medical device manufacture to heavy duty automotive and engineering processing.
Ultrawave Qi machines employ Frequency LEAP technology. This creates a pseudo-random leaping action between a wide frequency range thereby reducing standing waves to ensure cleaning efficiency.
Qi-Series software enables simple, accurate cycle parameter control. The operator programs appropriate duration, temperature, power and degas mode using the ergonomically angled, easy visibility LCD control panel and menu-based system.
The Qi series comprises the 5 litre Qi-100, 12 litre Qi-200, 17 litre Qi-300 and 30 litre Qi-400.
