Three-in-one NC coil feeding line available from Shear-Form

The L7155B coil feeding line incorporates a decoiler and a straightener feeder on a single 3.4 m long solid base. It is designed for manufacturers seeking a press feeding line that is able to handle three tons of 300 mm wide coil with a strip thickness between 0.3 mm and 4.1 mm. It is also available as a version to handle 500 mm wide strip. The variable speed decoiler has a pneumatic safety pressure arm and six coil keepers, while manual rotational jog programmed feed length, for the tooling set up, is controlled from the main NC control panel. The straightener feeder has a full crocodile head opening for easy strip insertion and roll cleaning. It is also equipped with two hardened chrome pulling rolls to provide a good grip, which are pneumatically released, and seven hardened straightening rolls. The adjustable pass height can range between 950 and 1,350 mm. A feature of this line is that because of its size it can easily be moved from one press to another. Options available for the numerical control include remote control, strip encoder, electronic cams and a 220 V transformer.
