Third Wave Production Module integrates physics-based material models, CADCAM data, tooling and workpiece geometries to analyse and optimise machining processes.
According to Third Wave, the XChange NX interface for Production Module allows users to import, optimise and upload their part programs, using process data contained within Siemens NX to streamline project set-ups and store optimisation
Data – all while adhering to the user’s established PLM process within NX.
Further additions to version 7.1.2 include an enhanced Mastercam interface with support for X8 and X9, an improved navigation tool bar, plus better force mapping file output for supporting advanced analysis.
