The 2-axis milling head, which offers ±105° in the A-axis and ±200° in the C-axis, is manufactured by Kessler of Germany and is said by TDT to be representative of the quality components deployed throughout the series, which also include Hiwin C3 class ballscrews, INA linear guideways from Schaeffler, and Heidenhain linear scales and closed loop control.
Models extend from 2 to 6 m in the X-axis and from 2.5 to 3.5 m in the Y-axis. The Z-axis covers 1 m as standard across all models. Components weighing up to 52,500 kg can be accommodated on the table. Rapid traverse rates are 20 m/min.
