Taylor Hobson Q-Link software interface supports powerful SPC connectivity
Q-Link, a new production and advanced SPC interface, offering simplicity, versatility and traceability is designed specifically for shopfloor environments. It provides direct communication with SPC software and delivers feedback to manufacturing processes.
The interface certificatied by Q-DAS, which means that it meets the demands of the of the Advanced Quality Data Exchange format (AQDEF) Version 3.01 – Category C for variable characteristics, and guarantees that Taylor Hobson's interface is sanctioned to communicate results directly in to Q-DAS statistical software.
The software also sports reporting, visual indication of parameter tolerance band, different user configurations, traceability via serial numbering, statistical studies and is compatible across a range of roundness and surface finish instruments.
