Superior Technologies Europe offers 'unique' range of oil mist separators

This patented technology is able to remove 99.9% of all particles down to 1 micron, without the use of any filters. The centrifugal separation process enables the units to operate at high efficiency, recycling oil/emulsion back into the machine tool. Due to the efficient internal rotor stack, the 3Nine separators can be fitted with a H13 Hepa filter to trap very small particles and smoke, before venting pure air directly back into the workplace (99.995% particle free). The units even have an automatic internal cleaning system that makes 3Nine separators virtually maintenance-free. The compact size also means they can be mounted directly on the machine, making factory re-organisation hassle-free, should it be required. 3Nine technology is claimed as unique, because it separates oil instead of collecting oil, like other technologies.
