Stratasys Objet30 OrthoDesk brings 3D printing to smaller labs
3D printer manufacturer Stratasys has launched the Objet30 OrthoDesk, a unit designed with smaller orthodontic labs in mind.
The simple to use Objet30 OrthoDesk fits on top of a desk and overcomes the price issues that previously made 3D printers unaffordable except to larger businesses.
A precision manufacturing unit, OrthoDesk enables orthodontists to create accurate, smooth, orthodontic models more easily and with the entire workflow, from CAD file to model fabrication, completely automated – significantly accelerating production times and increasing capacity. Fully digital workflow also eliminates the physical impressions part of the process. Models can be stored digitally, so bulky physical models no longer need to be saved.
