The range of loading systems offered by Schuler encompasses the LoadMaster Compact modular system (video), the LoadMaster Flex high rack system and the LoadMaster Herkules for high weight applications from 3 to 8 tonnes.
Schuler’s LoadMaster Assist eases operator burden
Beyond the simple loading of machine tools, the newly developed LoadMaster Assist robot cell from Schuler is able to perform additional tasks, such as the clamping of raw parts, or component cleaning and deburring, thus further facilitating lights-out operations. According to the company, LoadMaster Assist can remain in operation for several days without an operator having to intervene, thereby creating a greater return on investment.
