The FAG Concept Precision Grease and FAG Concept Precision Oil have been designed to focus on the correct supply and removal of lubricant, lubricant quantity and heat dissipation from the lubricant itself.
FAG Concept Precision Grease aims to meet the demands of main spindles in machine tools with respect to the volume dispensed on each stroke. The grease is under pressure only during the re-lubrication process in order to prevent it from separating in the re-lubrication unit.
FAG Concept Precision Oil is pitched at very high speed applications (>1.6 million mm/min). It provides direct oil lubrication in extremely small doses, without the need for compressed air. The innovation here is in replacing the requirement for compressed air with a damper/throttle element.
