The newly developed Roemheld controller satisfies the safety requirements of performance levels 'd' and 'e' for mould monitoring, power supply, magnetisation and emergency stop. All safety signals and error messages are displayed on the control panel, or can optionally be transmitted simultaneously via RS or Profibus interfaces to the press controller.
It is available for all six models of the M-TECS magnetic clamping series, designed as standard for working temperatures up to 210°C. It is also available with an optional heater.
