Quill Vogue enhances Wash Station for 3D printed parts
According to Quill Vogue, its enhanced Wash Station has been designed to make it even faster and easier to clean 3D printed parts.
The Wash Station has been improved with a quick release coupling for exchanging nozzles. This increases flexibility by allowing different power and shapes of water jets to be used in the cleaning process. The result is that all support material is removed from 3D printed objects, including from deep recessed areas and fine channels, without damaging interfaces between different model materials.
The Quill Vogue team has also upgraded the internal wash chamber with the introduction of marine grade 316 stainless steel, which was chosen for its longevity.
