Powermill PWC for high feed milling of cast and ductile iron

This new 88° approach angle milling cutter is suitable for high feed milling both cast iron and ductile iron. The tangentially mounted inserts enable increased depths of cut and the reduced cutting force enables higher feedrates. Add to this newly developed grades ACK200, with a super flat and fine coating for extreme wear and heat resistance, a tough substrate for fracture resistance; and ACK300, a nano technology multi-layered ultra hard Super ZX coating, and the results are outstanding performance even when the depths of cut deviate or the workpiece has a hard skin.
