MR Chipformer and longer length end mills

The MR Chipformer in TaeguTec’s Bull Mill mini line has a stronger geometry than the M Chipformer insert. The strong cutting edge makes the MR ideal for interrupted machining of hardened steel at high feedrates. The strong insert geometry combined with the BullMill’s secure clamping system guarantee exceptionally high productivity levels, says TaeguTec. The company has also extended its end mill lines to overcome the problem of interference between the workpiece and tool when deep vertical milling. With simplified and safe machining in mind, the cutters have been developed for machining deep cavities in the mould and die industry and are a longer length than the standard milling cutters.
