Mediblast cabinet avoids ferrous contamination

The Guyson Mediblast 1400 stainless steel blast cabinet has been engineered for medical product manufacturers, laboratories, etc, where the introduction of ferrous contamination would be detrimental to the production process. Capable of coping with the vast majority of manual operated medical blast finishing requirements, the cabinet is equipped with the powerful model 900 blast gun which has both a polyurethane body and a stainless air control jet, all as standard. Internal dimensions of the continuously welded blast chamber are 815 by 560 by 591 mm with the overall machine height being 1,527 mm. A full depth hinged door on the right hand side provides ease of access to the illuminated chamber. The blast gun is foot pedal operated and can either be hand held or retained on an adjustable support within the blast chamber to leave both hands free for component manipulation. The cabinet is compatible with a wide range of blast media types and grades and comes complete with an efficient dust collector so enabling clear viewing of the component surface while blasting.
