Master Chemical Trim MicroSol 515 puts aerospace spec to work in wider market

Master Chemical says its Trim MicroSol 585XT for high performance aerospace machining applications has become a European best-seller. The company has therefore introduced Trim MicroSol 515 for a wider market, which is based on the aerospace formulation and offers the same lubricity for maximising tool life.

Master Chemical Trim MicroSol 515 also does its job without chlorinated or sulphurised EP additives and contains no diethanolamine (DEA), nitrites, phenolic compounds or formaldehyde donors. It is suitable for machining all aluminium alloys and is compatible with all steels, yellow metals and cast iron. Extremely hard water tolerant, it reduces carry-off for low total operating cost. Fast wetting gets the fluid to the point of cut quickly and keeps machines very clean. The emulsion fully coats workpieces and chips and protects against corrosion prevention.
