Mass production centrifugal drying and oil separation

The compact PDJ Vibro ASC50 and ASC70 range of centrifugal drying machines are suited to mass production operations where components require drying or oil separating. They are ideal for applications with parts that have blind holes and intricate dimensions where maize dryers often leave maize remnants in the holes – leaving parts dry but dirty. The ASC50 and ASC70 have a tilting load and unload facility that eliminates crane loading, variable speed controls up to 550 rpm for sensitive parts and can cater for components down to 2 mm. The baskets of the ASC50 and ASC70 are 460 or 490 mm diameter, 250 or 320 mm deep respectively – with capacities of 40 or 60 kg (a theoretical volume of 41 or 60 litres). The PDJ Vibro ASC50 & ASC70 machines can also be used as oil separating machines. As the machine rotates the oil can be separated and collected into a tray for re-use.
