Kennametal Beyond line now extends to milling
The new Beyond line of high-performance turning products from Kennametal is now extended to indexable milling inserts.
Two new grades are now available for machining steel, cast iron, and stainless steel workpiece materials:
KC915M (KCK15) — a dry-milling grade, suitable for all applications in grey cast iron and grey cast iron with nodular graphite. It can also be used to finish-mill low-alloyed steel.
KC935M (KCPK30) — a dry milling grade suitable for all applications in plain and alloyed steel, stainless steel, grey cast iron, grey cast iron with nodular graphite, and certain high-temperature alloys.
