Hypertherm introduces preventive maintenance programme
Hypertherm has unveiled a preventive maintenance programme designed to help its customers maximise the performance and life of Hypertherm HyPerformance plasma cutting systems.
The programme shows end users how to inspect their system, provides easy-to-follow cleaning and maintenance checklists, and contains a suggested replacement schedule for components that wear out with time.
A number of factors influence the maintenance requirements for a plasma system. These include system configuration, usage level, environmental conditions, and job specifics such as component type, thickness and complexity. As such, the programme takes those factors into consideration and includes the ability to order pre-assembled kits based on the needs of each individual customer.
